Special Events: Fall 2011

* Fees must be paid at time of registration in order to be registered. As we must remit payment 30 days prior to all trips, refunds will not be made after that period unless we are able to fill the seat with someone from a waiting list. Full refunds will be given with written cancellation prior to the 30‐day cutoff. If you are not confirmed for a trip at the time of its departure, you will be given a refund in full.
All seats are reserved for the individual registered, regardless of who made the payment, and will be filled with the next registrant from the waiting list upon cancellation. In order to be fair to all registered, transfer of the reservation to another individual is not permitted. Trips are only open to guests if seats remain available after open registration. All trips have minimum and maximum capacities.
